Blog & Webinars
Below you’ll find a collection of my writings, practical advice, and webinar resources, drawing on many years of experience working with people in my herbal practice.
Here I share go-to tips, simple “over the counter” herbal remedies, supplements, and supportive approaches which may be helpful for the conditions discussed. You’ll also find webinar videos covering herbal conversations, from remedy making to plant identification and everyday ways of working with herbs.
If you have specific questions about your own condition, or would like to ask whether herbal medicine may be able to support you, you can book a free 20-minute appointment with me through Napiers Community Clinic. In this short appointment, I can offer guidance on suitable over-the-counter herbal remedies for you, or help point you towards the most appropriate treatment or practitioner for your needs.
If you are dealing with something complex, ongoing, or difficult to manage, I would encourage you to reach out to a qualified herbalist or healthcare practitioner for personalised support. Even qualified practitioners are not encouraged to self-prescribe in more complex cases.
I hope you enjoy exploring these resources. If there’s a topic you’d like me to write or speak about in a future blog post or webinar, please do send your suggestion through the contact box below.
